5th Gen pokemon bio: Landorus

It's been a while since I have done one of these, so I might as well pick up from where I left off!

Landorus is the third genie pokemon in black and white. The only way to obtain it is by bringing both thundurus and tornadus into a single gamo of black and white and head to the abundant shrine (note, the abundant shrine will not be discussed untill after terfle completes the game's main story, unless he already has...)

The mighty landourus appears at level 70 and, unlike it's roaming relatives, landourus is not a runaway legendary. Its main stat is its physical attack and as it learns powerful moves like outrage and hammer arm, It is well suited to this feature.

Super Smash Bros Brawl Character Dissection: Sonic

The Hedgehog from Sega at last made it into Brawl with much excitement. People were craving the little blue hedgehog for sometime until the game was released and the good news is, he's quite talented.

He is, without any shadow of a doubt, the fastest character in the game. He can outrun virtually everybody and he also is quite gifted at jumping. Sonic's real strength lies in his ariel attacks and hit and run fighting style. Stay still and try to go toe to toe with an opponent for too long and he will get overpowered. Sonic is better of being used as a, strike quickly then dart back to safety character. He works quite well when there are items being used in the battle, if you use items at all.

His standard "B" attack is the homing attack from many of his games. Tap the button as he will turn into a ball, charge up briefly and fly towards his opponent, dealing damage, but not landing with a great degree of accuracy. Side "B" sees him turning into the ball once more, doing a little hop in the direction he's facing and then shooting forward at great speeds along the ground. Up "B" magically creates a spring beneath him which bounces him up very, very high in the air. This, of course, is his recovery maneuver, If used in the air, then the spring will fall and disappear when it his the ground, but if used on the ground, the spring will stay beneath stationary for a little while, but then it will disappear. Others can use the spring as well. Down "B" is almost exactly the same as side "B" but instead of  the little hop, you have to charge up the move instead. Like side "B" you can make sonic jump as the ball while doing the move.

Sonic is one of the my personal favourite characters in the game to use because of the great speed he possesses and the ariel attacks. I hope he makes an appearance in the next games as well.

Almost forgot about his final smash. He transforms into SUPA SONIC! Basically, in this form, you can fly about the stage and cause damage to anyone you touch. It does run out eventually, so be quick, but watch where you end up flying, because you may have some trouble getting back to the stage. When you see him flashing, head back to the stage.

4EVER out.

Luigi is a Ghost buster!!

I know you already knew that the mighty weegee was a ghostbuster, but here is proof!

Glitches need not happen

So go with me here: Online brawling about 30 minutes ago and out of nowhere, a glitch strikes.
Basically, I went online with two friends of mine. One of whom is the Doctor, and the other is not. Before the Doc joined, I had a one-on-one match with my other friend. I managed to beat him as Sonic vs Wolf, but it turns out we left items on, so immediately after, I turned them off. This is when the Doctor joined. The next match we had I came second while my other friend came first. (Should of stuck with Sonic)
Our next match was where the glitch happened. We were smashing each other about (me as Toon Link, Doctor as Lucario and my other friend was still Wolf) when a smash ball comes into play.
"Who turned the Smash Balls on!?" I said aloud. (I bet it was Doctor)
In my next post I will dissect Smash Balls as a direct result of the outcomes of this match. Most of the smash balls that came along were grabbed by Wolf, helping him get rid of our stock. Luckily for us, he found it hard to control the Landmaster and fell off the stage almost every time he used it. Almost.
Near the end of the match, I grabbed the Smash Ball. Aimed it as Wolf and, as I was about to launch myself, he taunted me. He was screwed, I thought, so I fired away gleefully. And nothing happened. Nothing. He was unable to dodge, I was on the same level as him, so there was nothing standing in my way if pwning him. Except the glitch. I then went on to lose the match after getting blasted by the landmaster.
I HATES GLITCHES!!! >:-p

pokemnon red: Celadon city, live wire and growlithe

well, so far I have defeated 3 gyms and have made my way to the 4th. (the grass gym in celadon city). this is actually going to be the first time that I attempt to defeat Erika without a fire starter! So I'm relying on fearow, Nidorina and Growlithe to defeat her.
I have also recently obtained the eevee and evolved it into a Jolteon! Now, all i need is a ghastly and a dratini and I will be set for the league!
I still have a long way to go before I even attempt the gym though...

Donkey Kong Country Returns

I have in my possession, a copy of Donkey Kong Country Returns. I played it for a little while earlier and it is fantastic. It plays a lot like New Super Mario Bros Wii, but at the same time it's very different. It does have multiplayer, but only for two, which seems fair, but for my playthrough, I will be playing solo. I will bring a full update on the game later. For now, here are the things I can say about the game:
Controls are almost identical to New Super Mario Bros Wii
There are some fantastic level ideas and designs.
Difficult.
It is one of the better looking Wii games out there, it looks very well polished and is a treat to look at.

Until later Nintendians, farewell and, whatever you do, do not let strange Teki creatures steal your precious bananas

The best way to grind your pokemon

Simple. put some very epic music on in the background. here are some examples.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=69YakPKHMvs (sephiroth battle music)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ewhYdzHZ1Vo (fragments of sorrow)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=poiqPQpiTN0 (Primal dialga remix)
all you need to grind is some epic and inspirational music and pokemon you wish to level up.

3Ds: games to watch out for.

Ok, so, now that the 3ds has finally become available in stores, i is only natural that nintendo wishes to make as many epic games as possible for it. while browsing the EB games website, I came across a page that featured games that will be appearing in the near future.
LUIGI'S MANSION 3DS
SUPER MARIO 3d featuringv the return of RACCOON MARIO!
Starfox 64 3d (do a barrel roll)
super smash bros 3d
and paper mario 3d
so my fellow nintendians, what do you think?

The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword boss.

He looks cool. I don't think I can spell his name though (sorry) But he is indeed intersting. No, he is not Ganondorf, but he is in fact an original villain. He's also quite powerful. All I's knows about him is that he has the power to teleport and he is hideously strong. As Link fights him, it becomes clear that he doesn't take Link seriously. He can actually stop Link's sword with two fingers. If you do get in a lucky shot, he gets a bit cranky after a while and pulls out his own sword made of shadow.
I am looking forward to Skyward Sword more and more with each passing day and this boss seems to be one of the most interesting ever created in the Zelda Franchise.
